This fixed penalty holder is our deluxe model. Made from the finest leather and fixings, this traffic wallet provides a stable writing surface for both endorsable and non endorsable tickets. Superior paper clamps hold the tickets securely in place to prevent tickets slipping whilst you are writting them out. Extra thought was given to this product and it comes complete with a plastic ticket protection sheet that prevents write-thru to the tickets stored behind the writing surface. The FP3 has 2 long areas for penalty style tickets and two full sides that will accomodate pad and PNB style tickets. The bifold design is securely held closed with press stud buttons.
